who undergo training with us is to enhance their employment opportunity
or growth prospects. We certainly acknowledge this fact and will strive
hard to try and place every student who has enrolled with us for a
course. We have been placing most of our students with good IT companies
through regular interactions and placement activity and will continue
to do so. We will also work closely with the students to make them
industry ready by providing guidance about the industry expectations
and preparations required to meet it through a series of Value Added
Sessions (VAS). The students have to be alert and attentive to the
tips given by the placement department to enhance their career prospects.
The results are directly proportionate to the interest shown and the

VAS
The personality forms the basis of ascertaining the individual behaviour
traits which is the hall mark of an individual. Understanding of the
self is the foundation stone for the success of an individual in career
and life. "Practice makes a man perfect". This is very much
true about an individual personality as one cannot learn by merely attending
a session but has to practice it regularly to make it a part of their
life. The Value Added Sessions (VAS) conducted by the placement cell
as a part of the course is intended to inculcate the personality, attitude
and behavioural traits which play a vital role in determining ones personal
capabilities and employability matrix. Value added sessions also helps
the learners to understand their weak points and take steps to elevate
themselves to the expected levels.
VAS will essentially comprise of

Attitude one has wear, behaviour patterns, Body Language or Non verbal
language, Dress code, Communication skills and Motivational skills
o Leaning objectives from placement point of view
o Resume Building
o Project management skills
o Group discussion
o Mock Interviews and
o Industry expectations
PQT
PQT (Placement Qualifying Test) is meant to be taken by the students
to be eligible to register with the placement cell. This test is administered
by the placement department to ascertain the readiness of the candidates
to face the written test and the interview with the industry. This is
offered to the students who have cleared are final certification exam
and/or executing the project. The test will essentially consists of
aptitude questions on the Analytical Skills, Verbal, Logical Reasoning,
Graduation fundamentals and the technology learnt with us.
Students will register with the placement cell only after successfully
completing the PQT
