UTL Technologies with its experience of six years is in a perfect position to understand, analyze and provide technical solutions to various segments like the Students, Freshers, Corporate etc., During the last six years of our existence, we have worked closely with major IT industries and have clearly understood the expectations of the industry and the short comings in the prospective employees. This has enabled us to provide the required training and enhance the skills of the learners to the industry expectations both in the corporate front and student front. This has also enabled us to identify and provide the right manpower to the industries. In addition to the Technical skills, we also train the learners on effective writing skills and presentation techniques along with required attitude and a good learning aptitude which are very much required by the today' IT industry. We at UTL Technologies perfectly understand this gap and are focusing on this need by providing technology skills and the much needed human skills to make the learners complete professionals by bridging the gap between the academics and UTL

Today's highly competitive marketplace has put great emphasis on important elements like the effective use of resources, increased productivity, faster product development and time to market to beat the competition and succeed. This has increased the need for complex systems and shorter product life cycle. The work force should be trained on these complexities to meet the goal of the organization. This has necessitated the corporate training model where the companies utilize the expertise of experienced trainers for their project specific customized training needs. These training programs are also organized for skill development and retention of the existing workforce.

University Programs

UTL is the only private institution authorized by Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgaum for executing full time and part time M.Tech. programs in "VLSI design and embedded Systems as their Regional Extension Center. The very fact that all the 25 seats in both full time and part time courses are filled up consistently for the last three years shows the Technical Strength and quality of this program execution. 

Placements

The goal of most of the individuals who undergo training with us is to enhance their employment opportunity or growth prospects. We certainly acknowledge this fact and will strive hard to try and place every student who has enrolled with us for a course. We have been placing most of our students with good IT companies through regular interactions and placement activity and will continue to do so. We will also work closely with the students to make them industry ready by providing guidance about the industry expectations and preparations required to meet it through a series of Value Added Sessions (VAS). The students have to be alert and attentive to the tips given by the placement department to enhance their career prospects.
